We work hard, and the results prove it!

For each of the last three years, Seminary Properties and Management, Ltd.  has sent a survey to all our residents.   These surveys allow Seminary Properties to receive feedback on our performance, our operations, and areas where we can improve in the future.    Each year, 30% - 40% of our residents complete these surveys, which provide us a good sample size to gauge our performance.   

The results of these surveys have helped confirm that Seminary Properties is serving our residents well.  Our respondents overwhelmingly (88%) feel we are doing an above average job, resulting in over 55% of our residents living in our properties for at least two years and 30% for three years or longer. 

Our amazing Maintenance Team works hard to resolve our residents’ requests.   Our surveys have shown that 95% of our residents feel our Maintenance Team responds quickly (0-2 days) and resolves problems fully.   

Our wonderful Office Team is regularly available to answer questions and communicate with our residents.   Our surveys show that 90% of our residents feel our Office Team is easily accessible, helpful, and provides reliable information.

These results make Seminary Properties feel good about the service we provide, but do not mean we do not have more work to do.   Our surveys provides us information on areas where we need to provide more attention, amenities that are most desired at apartments, and better ways to reach our residents and the public.   We have performed well over the past three years, but we aim to improve with each year.
